PAYMENT TERMS:
Buyer/s will receive an invoice via email after the close of the auction.
Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders. A 3% processing fee applies to All Credit and Debit Cards. Wire transfers are accepted on all invoices. IF PAYING WITH A Personal &/Or Business Check/s, YOU MUST have prior approval by K&D Auctions, LLC and/or a Bank Letter of Guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand on invoices above $500.00.
Any item/s or lot/s not paid for in full on the designated pick up days of the online auction, will be resold at the discretion of Owner/Seller or KandDAuctions.com and you will be blocked from further bidding.
BUYERS PREMIUM
A 10% buyer's fee will be charged on all items and lots. There will be an additional 3% buyer's fee for all credit/debit card transactions. Every bidder pays the same buyer's premium and should bid accordingly. Please bring a ST3 - Tax Exemption Certificate if items and lots are to be tax exempt.

All items sell "AS IS - HOW IS - WHERE IS." KandDAuctions.com does not give any type of guarantee or warranty, implied or otherwise. These items are offered for auction and their descriptions are from sources deemed reliable and submitted subject to errors, omissions and change without notice. Any errors are not sufficient grounds for returning any purchased item. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION RESTS WITH THE BUYER. SHOULD THE AUCTION ITEM(S) PROVE NOT TO BE WHAT THE BUYER HAD ASSUMED THEM TO BE FOLLOWING THEIR PURCHASE, THE BUYER AGREES TO ACCEPT THE GOODS REGARDLESS OF THEIR CONDITION! KandDAuctions.com encourages all bidders to personally inspect all items BEFORE BIDDING! Both the seller and/or the auctioneer reserve their right to withdraw any auction items at any time and/or extend the auction duration. All items will be sold to the highest bidder (Some items may have a reserve or minimum and will not be sold unless the reserve or minimum price has been obtained.) K & DAuctions, LLC reserves the right to reject all bids.
TRANSPORTATION AND REMOVAL OF MERCHANDISE:
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the time of sale and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. There will be no assistance in loading your items so be sure to bring adequate help. If merchandise is not removed
Any item/s or lot/s not paid for in full on the designated pick up days of the online auction, will be resold at the discretion of Owner/Seller or K & D Auctions, LLC and you will be blocked from further bidding. The ownership of the merchandise will revert to the original Owner/Seller and the Owner/Seller may dispose of the item at their discretion.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Buyer shall be solely responsible for the removal and/or shipping of all items and all related costs. Buyer shall arrange with a third-party of Buyer's selection to have items picked up or shipped by the date and time identified for removal on the specific auction site.
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024 - THERE WILL BE A $5.00 CHARGE PER DAY FOR STORAGE FEES ON ANY AND ALL INVOICES NOT PICKED UP ON THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP DAYS! THIS INCLUDES PAID INVOICES.. (NO REFUNDS) YOU HAVE FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE OF SAID LAST PICK-UP DAY.
WHETHER INVOICE/S ARE PAID FOR OR NOT, YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED FROM OUR AUCTION SITE!!
ITEM/S WILL BE OFFERED TO LAST BIDDING CUSTOMER OF SAID AUCTION AND/OR REPOSTED TO THE NEXT AUCTION.
